Dinner. Yumness. Best stuffing ever! (I made it myself, from scratch)
Here’s the recipe (sorry I don’t know measurements, I just winged it):
Brown sausage, set aside
saute onion, celery, & mushrooms in oil and when almost soft, add broth
Fold bread crumbs into broth mixture (I did use a bag of bread crumbs, but really you could just use your own bread crumbs.)
Mix in sausage and cranberries
Pour stuffing into 9×13 pan
When ready to bake, pour a can of broth over it all to moisten
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until heated through
