My husband is eating leftovers TWO days in a row. He said he liked my chili that much! So, of course, I had to share the recipe:
1 package of Soy chorizo (from trader joes) (my man is a MEAT eater, so for him to accept this as meat is HuuuuuuuGE!)
1/2 bag of frozen peppers (red, green, yellow)
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of white beans
2 cans of diced tomatoes
3 sprigs of basil
and that’s it.
